SMS Terms of Service

1. Scope

Scout (operated by Guroo Consulting, LLC) sends transactional notifications about your loan — document requests and status/milestone updates. Frequency varies by loan stage. This program does not send marketing messages.

2. Consent

By opting in (the application checkbox or a settings toggle) you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any loan or service.

3. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message, turn SMS off in your Scout settings, or email help@scoutmyloan.com. We honor reply-STOP immediately and other requests within 10 business days.

4. Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply. Scout charges no fee for SMS.

5. Disclaimer

Scout is not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive matters, contact your loan officer directly.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
